I forgot to order something. Can I add it to my delivery?
Is the value of the item you forgot more than £9.99?
YES - Please place a second order for the item you forgot on the same day as you placed the first order. You will receive both orders together.
NO – Please place a second order for the item you forgot on the same day as you placed the first order.
Select ‘Collection Beverley Shop’ or 'Collection Pocklington Shop' as the delivery method so you do not incur a delivery charge.
Click ‘Add a note’ and say that you would like this order delivering with order number***** (state your first order number.)
You will receive both orders together.
Can I add extra items to my order?
The only extra items we are currently able to add are those available on our website.
Can I swap some of the produce in my box?
Unfortunately, not at this present time. (Please see question about allergies and dietary requirements if applicable.)
Can I order a bespoke box online?
Unfortunately, not at the the present time.
Can I order a bespoke box from the shop?
We have shops in Beverley and Pocklington. Please place your order by phone with the shop of your choice or email your order to firstname.lastname@example.org

We can deliver your bespoke box free of charge if you live in Beverley, Pocklington or one of the villages surrounding Pocklington and Beverley.
If you do not live locally to either of our shops you can collect your bespoke box in store.
I have an allergy or dietary requirement.
On the checkout page please click ‘Add a note’ and state which fruit or vegetable you are allergic to. We will ensure that your box does not include an item you are allergic. We will replace it with another item according to what is available on the day.

Can I collect my order from the shop?
YES - You can collect your order from either Beverley or Pocklington Shop.
Orders placed on SUNDAY to WEDNESDAY will be ready for collection on FRIDAY.
Orders placed on THURSDAY to SATURDAY will be ready for collection on MONDAY.
You will receive a phone call when your order is ready for collection.
Would you like my empty box back?
Please leave your empty box out for our driver to collect on your next delivery.
