I forgot to order something. Can I add it to my delivery?

 

YES -

 

Customers covered by our Monday, Wednesday and Friday local delivery area:

Is the value of the item you forgot more than £9.99?

 

YES - Please place a second order for the item you forgot on the same day as you placed the first order. You will receive both orders together.

 

NO – Please place a second order for the item you forgot on the same day as you placed the first order. 

Select ‘In store collection’ as the delivery method so you do not incur a delivery charge.

Click ‘Add a note’ and say that you would like this order delivering with order number***** (state your first order number.)

You will receive both orders together.

 

Customers covered by our MONDAY delivery area:

Is the value of the item you forgot more than £19.99?

 

YES - Please place a second order for the item you forgot by midnight on Saturday. You will receive both orders together.

NO – Please place a second order for the item you forgot BY MIDNIGHT ON SATURDAY.

Select ‘In store collection’ as the delivery method so you do not incur a delivery charge.

Click ‘Add a note’ and say that you would like this order delivering with order number***** (state your first order number.)

You will receive both orders together.

 

Customers covered by our WEDNESDAY delivery area:

Please follow the same process as our Monday delivery area customers, but the second order must be placed by MIDNIGHT ON MONDAY.

 

Customers covered by our FRIDAY delivery area:

Please follow the same process as our Monday delivery area customers, but the second order must be placed by MIDNIGHT ON WEDNESDAY.

 

 

Can I add extra items to my order?

 

The only extra items we are currently able to add are those available on our website.

 

Under normal circumstances we pride ourselves on being as accommodating as possible when it comes to individual customer requests. Usually, we are able to add extra items to an order whenever this is requested. It is with regret that we have had to suspend this service at the present time. This is on account of the exceptionally high volume of orders we are experiencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

 

Can I swap some of the produce in my box?

 

Unfortunately not at this present time. (Please see question about allergies and dietary requirements if applicable.)

 

Under normal circumstances we pride ourselves on being as accommodating as possible when it comes to individual customer requests. Usually, we are able to facilitate two swaps per box. It is with regret that we have had to suspend this service at the present time. This is on account of the exceptionally high volume of orders we are experiencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

 

Can I order a bespoke box online?

 

Unfortunately not at the the present time.

 

Under normal circumstances we pride ourselves on being as accommodating as possible when it comes to individual customer requests. Usually, we are able to take bespoke box orders. It is with regret that we have had to suspend this service at the present time. This is on account of the exceptionally high volume of orders we are experiencing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

 

Can I order a bespoke box from the shop?

 

YES

 

We have shops in Beverley and Pocklington. Please place your order by phone with the shop of your choice.

We can deliver your bespoke box free of charge if you live in Beverley, Pocklington or one of the villages surrounding Pocklington & Beverley.

If you do not live locally to either of our shops you can collect your bespoke box in store.

 

 

I have an allergy or dietary requirement.

 

On the checkout page please click ‘Add a note’ and state which fruit or vegetable you are allergic to. We will ensure that your box does not include an item you are allergic. We will replace it with another item according to what is available on the day.

 

 

Do you deliver to my area?

 

Our delivery service covers many addresses within the YO and HU postcode areas.

 

Please refer to our delivery page for a more detailed guide to where we deliver to and on which days.

Can I specify a delivery date?

 

YES – If you live at an address covered by our Monday, Wednesday and Friday FREE local delivery area.

 

On the checkout page please click ‘Add a note’ and say which date you would like your order delivering. Please note that we do not offer next day delivery. Orders need to be placed two days in advance of the required delivery day. 

 

(If you live at an address covered only by our Monday, Wednesday or Friday delivery service and want to receive your order later than the next due delivery date, please click ‘Add a note’ and say which date you would like your order delivering.)

Can I collect my order from the shop?

YES - You can collect your order from either Beverley or Pocklington Shop.

Orders placed on SUNDAY or MONDAY will be ready for collection on WEDNESDAY.

Orders placed on TUESDAY or WEDNESDAY will be ready for collection on FRIDAY.

Orders placed on THURSDAY to SATURDAY will be ready for collection on MONDAY.

You will receive a phone call when your order is ready for collection.
